OUR CHEESE
Our products' selection consists of mild, extra aged and aged cheese such as Pecorino Romano DOP or fresh Pecorino cheese like a Caciottas. We also produce fresh ricotta cheese (we also offer a salted and seasoned option) and delicious cheese spreads with a delicate a silky taste or with a more stronger spicy flavour.
